I consider that Ferroelectric Ceramics: History and Technology by G.H. Heartling would be useful enough for the material properties of ceramics.
For ceramic processing research properties in detail. in detail, a book on Multifunctional Polycrystalline Ferroelectric Materials by Lorena Pardo and Jesus Ricote (Springer) is quite considerate .
