Am planning for in vitro experiment in which an ultrasound waves ( frequency ranged between 1_50 MHz and pressure amplitude ranged between (0 1_5 MPa) will be applied to blood sample for a brief period (1 microsecond).
I imagine that I can do that by constrict a device as shown in the attached picture and which used in one study for ultrasonic plasmapheresis and which consists of a borosilicate glass capillary with a squared hollow to which a piezoelectric square ceramic, used as acoustic transducer, was attached underneath through a coupling hydrogel.
I don't Know if this is applicable? and if so, Is there a company that can installs it ?
My guess is that such intensity is easier to achieve with focusing HIFU transmitters like the ones here https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/hifu-piezo-ceramic-coco-lao/

Can you cite the the article where you saw them performing ultrasonic plasmapheresis? Did this article mention what kind of equipment they used? How do you know that the pressure was 1-5 MPa, which, I think, is 10-50 Bars or Atmospheres or about 150-750 psi (pounds/sq-inch)? As Nikolay Pavlov mentioned, you probably cannot get those pressures using the output of a signal generator to drive your transducer.

Let me explain what I exactly want to do
I want to assess the effect of ultrasound waves on spikes of enveloped viruses in affected blood samples
I want to exposed the blood sample to ultrasound waves during its flow in loop capillary outside the body
The ultrasound waves will be applied by specific criteria
Thw wave frequency ranged between 0 to 50 MHz and pressure amblitude (0.1_5 MPa; corresponding intensity range 0.3-800 W/cm2) and pulse duration of 1 microsecond
If you ask why these wave criteria, the answer will be that a paper test the exposure in a simulation and it caused envelop collapse
So if i want to apply such an experiment on blood sample positive to the virus I worry how to do that
I found one device that offer these wave criteria but using sonotrodes that must be immersed in an open vessel or tube for sonication
But I want to applay it indirectly during the blood flowing in its normal flow rate inside the body
And I really don't know the best way to implement the idea
When I saw the method mention in ultrasonic plasmaphresis I thought that I can use it
So I seek advice
If it is applicable
And if so, how can I construct the device that can fit for the research topic and can I found some experts or company that can install the device and prepares it to work or I must do that my self?
