Is difficult to extract confirmed information from the images you have sen, from a HE staining, is it correct? However, it indicates the presence of tubule-interstitial injury, as suggested by interstitial cell infiltration and possible collagen deposition. Furthermore, there are areas that indicate tubular damage, with lumen dilation (right side, first panel) and possible brush border effacement. I would suggest, to confirm, you perform a PAS staining, Picro-Sirius, and immunofluoresce for F4/80 and CD3, to observed macrophage and T cell infiltration respectively, if that is interesting for you.
