Well, it depends of the tumor and the virus you want to use; for instance, using adenovirus (ONYX-015) and glioblastoma multiforme applied directly in the wound, but actually are only a few results published. I recommend you to look for studies in gastric, head and neck or liver cancer using Newcastle, vaccinia and Herpesvirus.
