Any advice on using outbred mouse strain such as ICR to generate antibodies?

Does the strain offer more diversity of antibodies due to more genetic diversity?

In my practical experience, I do not know of any monoclonal antibody, which was generated by outbred mouse strains. I think that the use of rabbit monoclonals might be more promising.
