to prepare the solution of these organic compounds which is more suitable solvent and more solubility, because these are not soluble in any of single organic solvent?
if any experts working on MOF, provide me a solubility of above compounds.....

You can try either DMF or DMSO as solvents as they both have high dielectric constants hence very soluble. With their boiling points being very high the evaporation is very limited too.
The solubility of carboxylic acids is generally the limiting factor in the maximal concentration that can be achieved in MOF synthesis. DMF is a powerful and versatile solvent for MOF synthesis however I urge you to seek alternatives. This is because any synthesis that relies on DMF is of limited practicability for MOF manufacturing processes due to the high cost of the solvent, difficulty and high energy input required to recycle it, arduous solvent exchange, serious toxicity/exposure issue for process workers and materials compatibility problems that increase the cost of building production equipment.
So, yes, DMF is a very useful solvent that will allow you to quickly produce a new MOF and show it to the world, but if you want to devise a synthesis that someone will be motivated to licence to bring to commercial production also consider more benign solvents or aqueous synthesis using bases or urea (decomposition) to solubilise the ligands.
Try it out and if it works you will have a stand-out synthesis, if not go back to DMF.
