As I increase the doping concentration , I am getting " Floating point exception caught" , What should be the solution for this.

You can set the "digits" value higher in math section or switch on extended pricision.

Dear Sandip,
Try to solve the equations one by one in solve section.
For eg:
Coupled { Poisson Electron}
Coupled {Poisson Electron Hole}
It helped me for similar error once. (It is already shared in LinkedIn group along with advice of Dr. Schott Irving)
