Despite our efforts, we are still struggling with the classifier setup for comet assay. The software is able to score some comets, but it oversees many of them which have the same intensity like the comets it is able to score, so we do not know where the issue is.

Did anyone else experience this issue, and would you be willing to share what are your classifier settings?
