I have extracted Brucella LPS (antigen) by already reported method as well as through kit. I am further using this antigen to develop antibodies for lateral flow assay but one reviewer of my paper is insisting me to prove that this LPS was really antigenic and prove its antigenecity by immuno-diffusion which I did not performed. However, I used this LPS to raise Abs in mice and also used these Abs in immunohistochemistry. Can someone help me to explain that how should i interpret my results
