I intend to do triple macarção in a histological sample for visualization in the confocal microscope. However, I find it difficult to find antibodies originating from 3 different hosts targeting balb / c mice. I have been researching at ABCAM. Does anybody suggest any more quality companies / antibodies that have host varieties? Thank you!

It is rather difficult to perform a 3-color immunostaining, but nevertheless possible - you can even have a 7-color one. If you want and indirect imunostaining you will need primary antibodies from different species, and be aware if any of them is goat, your secondary antibodies are suggested to be from donkey origin. There are other companies that sell good antibodies: Merck-Sigma-Millipore, Thermo, Novus, R&D.
Yet, you can also try a direct imunostaining, in which you buy the antibody already conjugated with the fluorophore. This is recommended when you are trying multicolor confocal imaging.

What markers are you trying to stain for? There are many reputable antibody companies but it really depends on the marker whether there are multiple host species to choose from. If you can share you rdesired triple stains we can try to help you locate antibodies that should work together for your purposes. Also what type of tissue and what fixation and sectioning parameters?
