Hi,
We are developing a new ChIP-seq alternative that we think is less sensitive to antibody quality. Can anyone recommend an antibody, preferably CTCF but others will do as well, that works well for both IF and WB, but does not work for ChIP-seq (i.e. tried more than once and failed to get reasonable results because of antibody)?

There are four methods for DNA sequencing
1-maxam and gilbert's method
2- sanger's dideoxy method
3- ligaation mediated PCR
4- Automatic sequencing

Why do you think that if an antibody "...works well for both IF and WB, but does not work for ChIP-seq ", this problem should be related to antibody quality? Antibody validation is always application specific.
