I agree with Wolfgang R. Dick.

It is fascinating to see how people believe in the unbelievable or cling to fake science. The list of these unbelievable things include flat Earth, the world made out of 4 elements, mountains are made during the earth cooling, people can become sick because they misbehave morally. Even today there are prominent ideas that are fake and part of establishment science. For example, ships are rotating around the metacenter see for example, MIT classes, United nations (IMO) supporting this ridiculous notion also Wikipedia, or fish are propelled by the vertices generated by the fins see Harvard University (it does not matter that it violate the 1 & 2 laws of thermodynamics). What I find strange is that the people who believe these ideas are prominent individuals who promote nonsense and handsomely  reward for it today. Later  there is a flip and suddenly only a small minority continue to believe in the absurd.

This is reminiscent of the Dean Drive of the 1950's., a reactionless drive that was never demonstrated. Dean used a collection of completely incoherent terms to describe how his "invention" worked but never came up with a testable concept.

This "inventor" says things like;

To my understanding, everything in the Universe is following intrinsic universal law, and that including smallest atom to moons, planets, suns, solar system and finally galaxies, unambiguous empirical evidence. My philosophy is, if UFO can fly, then we can do too. But at first we must correct our physics.

To start, we must change our perception of mechanical gravity of our icon "Newtonian, Einsteinian, or Galilean" to universal law that we do not know anything about it.

The answer to this question requires a careful analysis of the paper published recently by Dr. Pais (CITATION: Pais, S., "High Frequency Gravitational Waves - Induced Propulsion," SAE Technical Paper 2017-01-2040, 2017, doi:10.4271/2017-01-2040.)

After inspection of the credentials of the paper in the Google Scholar we see that this work received only one self citation; I wonder if we should consider a very low citation count as an indication of the complexity? Perhaps some additional review by the numerous experts in the field of quantum gravity can clarify my doubts.

Anti-gravity technology is indeed science fiction; and not new, by the way: It is already in the novel The First Men in the Moon by H.G. Wells, in which the gravitational shielding is caused by a novel type of substance invented by Cavor (cavorite).

Some additional observations and reflections on “antigravity”.

Despite being skeptical about all reports discussing antigravity I have to admit that thinking out of the box can lead to the unexpected solutions. The recent paper published by a group from France:

Many things in the history of science and technology have been labelled science-fiction before they officially appear on the public scene (either because they were considered classified information or not publicized due to national security or other reasons). Flying a spacecraft to the moon was considered science fiction 75 years ago. Samething for Internet, cell phone, name it, last century. Not too long ago, metaverse was consider also science fiction (see attached article).

Now, it is not because a given institution cannot reproduce an alleged technology that it is science-fiction. To reproduce such a complex experiment, you need details. The details are kept ultra-secret (classified documents) and there are why the citations are almost non-existent to the work of Pais.

I think US AirForve and Navy are playing games and do not want to reveal the truth concerning the Pais effect. Personally, I think it is already there with spacecraft like Black Manta which are triangular, exactly the same shape of the figure in Pais PHD thesis and papers. US Air Force has denied the existence of this spacecraft (and also AURORA spacecraft) while some amateurs were able to take pictures. The spacecraft are hidden in an area known as AREA 51 (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Area_51). Videos have shown its existence.

Concerning, the Pais effect, Wernher von Braun the famous Nazi scientist hired by US Air Force after the second World War II had secretly worked on the subject well before Pais doctoral thesis. Dr. Allen Hynek a famous astronomer in USA had confirmed the work of vanBraun and had been in contact with vanBraun's research. So yes, this is true that Pais kind of re-invented the wheel, but he continued the secret work of vanBraun (probably as a starting point since his work was funded by US government and vanBraun had died). Concerning Dr. Pais is still an employee of US Air Force. I would not think that they would keep an aerospace engineer who had made false claims. The reason the work of vanBraun and Pais are not publicized much in literature is that for vanBran was a Nazi and working on ultrasecret projects (no point of publicizing that) and also for "national security" reasons. In science we have a lot of smart people but somehow a bit naive (including myself here). Pais work was not publicized because US government because they consider the topic classified as of "national security". Black Manta and Aurora spacecrafts are products of vanBraun and Pais works from what I could learn from my research. But US AirForce denies the existence of these two spacecrafts.

Of course, all of this is to a certain degree speculation, and I posted for entertainment. Conservatism in science is so extreme that some people here has compared my belief in this possible existing technology to believer of flat Earth (Genick Bar-Meir). What a shame. Demonstrating that the Earth is not flat is pretty obvious. Demonstrating that anti-gravity does NOT exist is something not obvious. Technology 70 years ago has evolved in a tremendous and almost unimaginable way. Please in your future comments take example as Janusz P. who even he disagrees, make the effort of bringing very good arguments.

Anti-gravity spacecraft are becoming more and more likely. Look at the

patent 20060145019 US (google it) and you will find the description of the TR3B anit-gravity spacecraft. Also several utube videos about the TR3B caught in action.

I have had a look at the Patent Application Publication. The link to it has "TR-3B" in the text, but the actual patent text does not. Moreover, there is no reference to gravity in it. Can I have got the wrong patent?
