The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is a widely used tool for assessing intercultural competence. It measures an individual's ability to shift their perspective and adapt their behavior in culturally diverse situations. Hammer, M. R., Bennett, M. J., & Wiseman, R. (2003). Measuring intercultural sensitivity: The intercultural development inventory. International journal of intercultural relations, 27(4), 421-443.

The Cultural Intelligence (CQ) model assesses an individual's ability to work effectively across different cultures. It measures four dimensions of cultural intelligence: cognitive, physical, emotional, and behavioral. Ng, K. Y., Van Dyne, L., & Ang, S. (2012). Cultural intelligence: A review, reflections, and recommendations for future research.

The Global Competencies Inventory (GCI) measures an individual's ability to work effectively in global settings. It assesses four key competencies: global mindset, cultural agility, interpersonal effectiveness, and business acumen. Stevens, M., Bird, A., Mendenhall, M. E., & Oddou, G. (2014). Measuring global leader intercultural competency: Development and validation of the Global Competencies Inventory (GCI). In Advances in global leadership. Emerald Group Publishing Limited.

The Trompenaars-Hampden Turner (THT) model measures an individual's ability to manage cultural differences in business settings.
