Hi, I'm running a supersonic lift and drag simulation using the density based solver in Ansys fluent. I use Hybrid initialization, but after its 10 iterations, it says 'Hybrid initialization is done' but I can't click anywhere (it just shows a loading wheel). I can't continue on to solving the case. Has anyone experienced this? The RAM usage is still through the roof despite it saying it's done.
I've tried restarting bot the program and the computer to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In some cases Hybrid initialization doesn't work, try standard one.

My suggestion to you is, that you must characterize your problem definition. If the problem belongs to general environment or normal condition i would suggest to go with the hybrid initialization. Contrary to that, if your problem is of a controlled environment such as controlled solidification or controlled structural simulation then you go with the standard initialization because it will let you to enter each and every value that might help you to provide better specification to define your environment inside the ANSYS.
