Sometimes you need to delete all temporary files generated by Ansys. For some reason the program can't update these temporary files and override it. Try this:

In run from start menu. Type %temp%. Delete the files in that folder.

Sometimes deleting Temp folder affect the performance of other software installed on the computer or reset them to the original state. I suggest to delete only ANSYS files temporary folder that sits at this location.

C:\Users\"Your User Name""\AppData\Roaming\Ansys

Deleting this folder reset ansys to a fresh installed state. Hope that helps.
