If all you have is BMI, I don't see how you can design the study on nutrition. Won't you need a food journal for that type of study?
it is not only BMI but that is main objective, there are other variables like age, sex, medications, area of residence, type of TB, category of patients and smear status.
Sora Asfaw Desisa I understand, but your study is on nutrition, so do you have data on each patient's nutrition? Because BMI will not tell you that. You can be malnutritioned and BMI can be either high or low. What you can do is to correlate BMI with TB status.
