Hi,

I did a Ansys apdl analysis for the curved plate (Curvature in one direction) subjected to line load 'q' at its center(a/2) 'a' - width along the arc length of the plate 'b' which is having simply supported boundary conditions on all four sides.

And, have obtained the von mises and maximum stress results.

Now, I need to cross check the results of Ansys to the analytical solution for betterment. but, hardly getting the reference for this case of line load for the curved plate.

So, would be thankful if someone suggest an idea or useful reference.
