I have synthesized the (N-rGO) by hydrothermal method. Graphene oxide solution (5mg/mL), and Ammonium format (acting as a reducing agent and nitrogen source) was mixed in a PTFE Teflon Autoclave at 200°C for 12 hours. After that, graphene oxide flakes were transformed into a floating sponge in the aqueous phase and shape look like a cluster. When I try to make a membrane by drop-casting this solution on a glass substrate, I cannot get a membrane. It was entirely separated from carbon backbone. I need to make a solid dense, homogeneous membrane or film. I attached two pictures, a) N-rGO solution and b) after drying it on a glass substrate. Could you please share your valuable experience of how to make a paper or film after making the N-rGO solution
