You want an idea to be given by some third person to submit it and reap the benefits of it. Well, that's unfortunate because research and life ain't easy that way. Kindly go through the latest research on graphene based vertical transistor, you will find something novel to work upon.
And if you want a guideline on "how to write a research proposal", then kindly go through the below links. They might help you.

I am going to take you question very seriously. Could you pls tell us your previous experience where you have got some idea say for our homework project or like, so it would give us some hint what type of idea you want.
Thank you so much Dr. Saurav, i become so glad of your guide. that links was so useful and i am now reading them and reading about Graphene-based vertical transistor which is the title of my project. But first of all, i'm sorry for this inconvenience and the not well-composed question hope it is possible to be edited. I'm a graduate student and was need a research point in Graphene-Based vertical channel transistor. I have sent the full-text requests to some authors here _as a first website brought me papers about this topic_ but still didn't receive their response.
Maybe he/she is a very young student and do not have much idea regarding anything. Also many people from non-English background. Their expressions could be confusing. We should not troll anybody like Facebook or LinkedIn. We should answer positively. Thanks Saurav Sorcar for the constructive/positive reply..
Thank you so much Dr.Chun. after I read your brief , especially this line " compared to other works which use graphene as the channel in a field-effect transistor wherein such a transport barrier does not exist. " , I noticed to that I had to correct my question to be " Graphene based vertical channel transistor". also , beside simulation , I am more concentrating on the fabrication part.
