We all know that under stress (nutrient starvation) condition, AMPK is activated which functions as a sensor of cellular energy. Does this increase/ activation of AMPK in different starvation condition (i.e. oxygen, glucose, amino acids starvation) varies or constant?

The degree of AMPK activation highly depends on the AMP:ATP ratio within the cell. So, the effect of a starvation condition likely depends on how much that condition effects AMP concentrations. For example, hypoxia will increase AMP to a much greater extent than glucose or amino acid starvation, thus it will have a far greater effect on AMPK activation.
Activated AMPK, refered as phopho-AMPK levels vary across each of the stressed conditions whether it be a metabolic quenching, pH or hypoxic stress which in case of metabolite variations (either amino acids or glucose flux) comes down to AMP:ATP ratio. However there are certain conditions related to specific cellular stress wherein the pAMPK levels are directly regulated by calcium influx or glycogen levels, atypically independent of AMP:ATP ratio. Therefore, its must to establish your system based on the kind of a stress or condition you may be exposing your model to ( presumably cells), followed by precisely gauging that preconditioned model through the upstream AMPK-kinases.
