Try okadaic acid treatment to induce Alz. However,i dont remember the dosing regimen but you can follow the article from Z A Shah on okadaic acid induced ALZ in zebrafish.

There are lots of experimental Alzheimer models used, however, sometimes it may be difficult to convince the referee in journals when I use experimental model. Because of it, I'm looking for the most reliable one.
