We are using ICF came with our Luminex flow cytometer. But now we ae interested making out own ICF with Contard 70. We are using Ni-NTA magnetic bead with DNA and protein conjugate for the experiment. So, I was wondering what percent of Contard 70 will be best for us.

As cleaning protocol, we are using ICF with 10% bleach. I was wondering, if we need to add any bleach when we make ICF with Contard 70?
