my question is that after the successfully culturing of bacterial colonies on LB agar plates after 2 hours incubation at 37 degree celsicus. how long agar plates can b stored on same temp with colonies?
Your question is a bit confusing. If you are asking how long you can store your plates at 37 degrees, I would not store for longer than a day. If you wish to store at 4oC, then it can be much longer but will depend upon the strain. Maybe a few weeks.
if my DNA concentration is 102nanogram/microliter, and i have 6 microliter DNA. but i need 10ul of DNA for making probe, is there any possibility that i dilute this DNA up to 10ul?
