I find that there are many obstacles, but as long as the experience is new, it needs a culture on the part of the teacher and the student in order to succeed
I think it is too early to come to an informed conclusion but from anecdotal information and causal observations it seems that the Covid-19 pandemic is finally taking e-learning to the mainstream and the results are positive. Educators (many of them) and students (some of them) who were sceptical are now realising what many people - like me- have been preaching for the last 20+ years: that e-learning is as good as face-to-face learning if done well and according to specific research- and practise-based standards.

With the global turn of events, e-learning is the way forward, a must do. What we should focus on is to turn the negatives in to positives. Adequate training and preparation is key.
