Whatever the synchonizing hatching method used, do you have some results about hatching rate curve (dynamic) for every hour about Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus?
Aedes lay eggs they hatch with variable time is one of the survival. however to achieve synchronized hatching the eggs can be stored first. the eggs can be immersed in a small bottle with water and should be given some shock like rigorous mixing by shaking and then they should put in larger bowl for emergence. This helps synchronized emergence. but this method is not validated. As it is known that not all eggs emerge at a time some time the eggs go diapause and do not emerge for emergence of such eggs we provide some kind of shock , shaking , salinity etc.
