Is the WHO protocol (impregnated paper) the best way to determine the propoxur susceptibility of Aedes aegypti?

I would like to know whether it is better to do adult tests or larvae tests with the propoxur on Aedes aegypti strains. Any suggestions?

Whatever the synchonizing hatching method used, do you have some results about hatching rate curve (dynamic) for every hour about Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus? thanks
