So, unfortunately it does not have an impact factor yet.

Actually, it is not yet indexed on PubMed

So I want to know if it has a good reputation or not

In fact not all journals in SJR site are Pubmed indexed, and in my opinion if the journal is not found in SJR site, it would better try another one even with low impact factor.
