An adverse reaction is an adverse event that has been assessed in relationship to the product and determined to have a causal relationship.
That the event was considered related to receipt of the medicine. There are several standard safety assessments used to make this determination (e.g., consideration of MoA, test/retest, temporal relationship). Hope this helps.
