Could you suggest any readings, tutorials, youtube videos which would help to consider different possibilities for the advanced analysis (significance, errors, relationships, etc.) between categorical variables and/or dichotomous variable? The data is obtained from the survey and will be analyzed in SPSS.
P.S. Please note, the survey contains different types of variables but my question is specifically about the ones mentioned above.

If you are treating a dichotomous variable as the dependent variable, the usual recommendation would be logistic regression. Likewise, if you have a nominal variable with more than two levels, there is multinomial (logistic) regression, though this is a little more difficult to use and interpret.
If your model will have only nominal variables, there are also log-linear models. These are also called "multiway frequency analysis". Useful sources for this are: Tabachnick, B.G. and S.F. Fidell. 2001. Using multivariate statistics. 4th Edition. Allyn and Bacon, Boston, MA.; and Categorical Data Analysis by Alan Agresti.

THE QUESTION IS HOW YOU MEASURE THEM OR IN HOW MANY CATEGORIES OUTCOME IS MEASURED. If you are testing significance difference in categorical outcone chisqurare /fishers exact etc.. can be used .If you are modelling dichotomouus outcome use Logistic regression,morethan two outcome categorical data to study relationship use multivariable logistic ,if on likert scale(ordinal ) ordinal regression etc.....every thing depends on how we meeasure outcome.
