Actually I have planned on liquid biofertilizer like that NPK consortia, PSB in maize but what is optimum dose for seed treatments i dont know so help?
Doses recommended when count of inoculum is 1 x 108 cells/ml then doses will be ten times more besides above said Nitrogen fixers, Phosphate solubilizers and potash mobilizers at the rate of 200 ml/ acre could be applied for all crops.

Dr. Kumawat, before applying be rest assure that the CFU counts should be 2x10 8-9. The seed should be soaked with the liquids. But once the liquid is applied to the seed, the seed should be sown with in 6 hours.This is due to release of toxins that occur when the seed coat are moist. The liquid product also more temperature sensitive during storage, therefore extra caution should be taken when warehoused to ensure the product is in a shaded, cool area.
Endorsing very good response from two of our colleagues , Dr Malhotra and Dr Tarafdar, doese of such liquid fertilizers are very difficult to recommend , since other factors like baseline soil fertility , SOC, soil AWC, BD, ..etc regulate the effectiveness so seriously ..We need experimentation , pat experimental recommendations are more sugggestive than interpretive ....
The dose of liquid bioinoculants like Psb is 50 ml for 10 kg seed in large seeded crops like, while for small seeded crops_bajra or mustard this dose is 50ml per acre land.
