Acceptable RMSE (Root mean square error) when comparing with a Battery model ?

I am comparing simulated vs experimental values of Current pulse discharge test of LiFePo4 2.5Ah battery. The maximum error value I get is 21mV and mean is 10mV. Is it acceptable ? What is the acceptable RMSE for a battery model ?
