Automate Kramer Kronig fitting for batch processing ?

I have set of Electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy data of Lithium ion full cell (26650). Then I do Kramers-Kronig fitting using Lin tool of KIT. But this tool allows one cell after another manually. But I wanted to do batch processing as I have 100s of cell data. Does anyone know a tool/software/Matlab or scilab code to fit kramers-kronig and batch process multiple files ?
