Greetings to everyone from Nottingham Trent University (NTU). I am Research Assistant Dr. Nuray Turan I am a post-doc researcher at NTU Psychology Department. I have a research to measure the "Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on Developing Creativity in Working Life". For this research I need to collect around 400 questionnaires from UK employees (mostly academics, engineers, R&D workers, project developers or managers, IT workers can fill out the questionnaire).
