I'm doing some dosimetry research on the MIGB-I123, MIGB-I131 and 68 Ga-DOTANOC using Internal Dose Computer Program called IDAC but this software doesn't has the preadult phantoms therefore I can't estimate the organ and effective dose for children (1,5,10 and 15 year old patient) in ICRP Publication 103 . After an extensive literature search I noticed that there is a software called OLINDA/EXM® 2.0 which has the preadult phantoms but it is very expensive to buy it for this purpose...
I was wondering is there any free software similar to OLINDA/EXM® 2.0 which has preadult phantoms?

FYI, the predecessor of the OLINDA/EXM (Organ Level INternal Dose Assessment/EXponential Modeling) version 1.0 code was the formerly freely available MIRDOSE 3.0 and 3.1 codes, and these codes were written and rewritten by the same investigator.

We use OLINDA for all our I-123, I-131 & Lu-177 studies. I thought it is a free source?

OLINDA 1.0 was free but I cant get it from the internet. Also OLINDA 1.0 doesnt not provide effective dose in ICRP 103 publication.
Therapy dosimetry focuses more so on deterministic effects than stochastic effects. You should be able to convert your equivalent dose Ht in Gy to effective dose by multiplying the dose output from OLINDA with the organ weighting factors from ICRP 103 easily. The errors in estimates are quiet significant to worry about the difference between ICRP 103 and earlier version of ICRPs.

The problem is that ICRP 103 developed new organ such as Extrathoracic airways, Lymph nodes, Oral mucosa. You can't covert the effective dose from ICRP 60 to ICRP 103 by simply applying different organ weighting factors.
BTW, are you using OLINDA/EXM® 2.0 for your I-123, I-131 & Lu-177 studies?
There is an open source program with a lot of examples called GEANT4 (Monte Carlo) which includes medical applications, you can also use GATE which is based on the previous program.

Gate (based on Geant as mentioned by Dr. Fernandez ) with set of NCI voxel human phantoms will be the best choice, after mcnp.
But for mcnp you will have to be a american citizen.
