There are theories that petroleum can in some cases form in an abiogenic way (though, most of the Earth's petroleum oil seems to come from remains of living organisms).
Are there some indications of the presence of such oil on some on other planets and moons in the Solar system?
No specific indications of "oil" or terrestrial-type petroleum are known off Earth. But there are plenty of indications of copious organic matter in bodies far from the Sun, as exemplified by comets. If accreted in sufficient quantities, say, by an object the size of Ceres and Pluto, it is possible that massive concentrations or layers of such organics may be formed. Some may be more volatile and actually form liquids at internal planetary conditions. Other components may be more refractory and less mobile. All may be affected by temperature, and if sufficiently heated may lose their H, O, and N, for example, with the end state of such heating being graphite.
