Has anyone a good protocol for western blot to detect the Abeta oligomers from mouse brain tissue? What's the best commercial antibody?

Hi Michelle,

thank you so much for your reply. My PI wants western blot, that's why I am struggling so much..we are working with the 5XFAD mice, so I should be able to detect them. I will def check the paper.
