I want to model piezo-resistivity in a yarn in abaqus. I have a nylon fiber, which is coated with silver thin film. One end is fixed (only nylon) and and the other is displaced in step 1. Now I need to define interaction between nylon and silver.
Firstly, silver should displace with nylon for which I use tie constraint. the question is, which surface should be master and which one is slave? any mesh suggestion for master and slave surfaces?
Secondly, there should be properties interaction between nylon and silver, for which I use tangential and normal behavior. Is it right.
I am getting a lot of warnings like below.
