I was wondering if there exists some general trend of the soundwave's spectrum. Something similar like the decaying behavior of ground vibrations. I'm especially interested in the range 20khz to 100khz.

The environment of interest is an optical lab, so a few chillers/fans, central cooling system and some motorized translation stages, no large machines. Although i don't expect any of these sources will produce any significant peaks above 20kHz, as they operate below this band, i was still wondering if i overlooked something in the range 20kHz - 100kHz.
