I am looking for a simple and inexpensive method to measure the salivary carbonic anhydrase and its enzymatic activity in saliva.
Thanks
This kit purports to be a simple colorimetric method of measuring carbonic anhydrase activity. I haven't used it myself, so I can't say how well it works.

Adam B Shapiro Thank you very much for your kind answer.
INS-RTK modules claim to be close to a cm accuracy, has anyone used one and if so, how expensive can the telematic charges be if I have a case to run it 18h per day?
