A quick and easy chitosan/Nafion matrix for enzyme immobilization?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some articles on chitosan and/or Nafion matrices for quick enzyme immobilization. I just need to test some enzyme quickly and need to put it onto the electrode preferably in one step. Does anyone know some protocol?
