i was performing confirmatory factor analysis using amos but a warning appear suggesting that modification indice should not be marked in the estimation window? i wonder why it is so. what should i do to get the GFI and AGFI.

Apart from the above indices, some author (Bryne, 2010) advised to check PCLOSE. More this value becomes close to one, it indicates better model fit.
