Can anyone point me towards a method to extract mitoTEMPO from plasma and tissue samples?
I would like to estimate the amount of mitoTEMPO in rat plasma and tissues by LCMS-MS.
Dear Sir. Concerning your issue about a method to extract mitoTEMPO from plasma and tissue samples. I think the following below links may help you in your analysis:
https://www.hindawi.com/journals/omcl/2017/6412682/

Thanks
Dear Nisha;
I think the following below paper may help you in your analysis.
"Imaging of Superoxide Generation in the Dopaminergic Area of the Brain in Parkinson’s Disease, Using Mito-TEMPO"
Good luck
Thank you both Isam and Feras for the papers. However, I couldn't find any information on extraction and analysis of mito-TEMPO by LCMS/MS in them.
