I see that you are studying in China, the answer to your question, you need to discuss with your supervisor. Ask him/her your desire to publish your work, which journal he/she recommends, the process of submission etc. This is the way we advise PhD students to do as they aim to publish parts of their thesis. Always communicate with your supervisor and discuss matters with them.
