A journal that is currently index in Medline by PubMed is good for publishing a paper or no? Acceptable in Chinese universities or no?

Does anyone know in Chinese universities journals which are indexed in (PubMed Index) are acceptable or no? Also, whether these journals are suitable for publishing a paper or no?
