How do I fix tissue rolling while cutting frozen rat brain section with a cryostat?

Thanks, Entedhar, but I'm looking for the analyte to test. I already have kits that are supposed to detect Human Insulin but I need to test cross-reactivity of these kits for sources of Mouse and Rat insulin.

We use humulin to treat mice.

Human Insulin from sigma for cell lines ( 91077C SIGMA ).

Both are good sources of human insulin. I am positive the sigma insulin is a good fit as an ELISA analyte.
