Do you know and have a recomendation for a software or any MATLAB or MATHEMATICA routine that would be applied for wave-mixing and whereby interference on a material , where the epsilon and mu values are subject for diffraction. That is to say I would like to see dependency of diffraction character. w.r.t. coincidence angle , polarizatioon, frequency of EM wave as well as thickness, permeability and permitivity of the target material ?

Dear Collegue, Thank you, my problem is I presume second kind in principle, I will enter numerical values for coincidence angle , plarization , frequency of the mixing waves and also for different values of epsilon and mu I will investigate(try to obtain) the diffraction signal. The free (open source) electromagnetic simulator MEEP might be an option, but you will have to do more work setting up simulations and analysing the results than with some commercial offerings. I think from the way you phrase your question this might be more work than you want; but then (a) it's free, and (b) you will probably learn a lot about the various assumptions lurking in your question.
