A quick one please,

Tumor spheroid are known to be help scientists understand the invivo micro-environment of tumors. As such, is it necessary to carry out mouse study, to validate the results obtained using tumor spheroids?? Or does the results using spheroids signifies that simila outcome would be observed using mouse study.
