My study is to use only fixation and saccade data. But after removing :unclassified' and 'eye not found' data. I come to know there is 2 back to back fixation duration or saccade what I need to do.. If I'm calculating subsequent saccade (between fixation) by using 2 fixation.
Should i consider 1 fixation duration by adding 2 fixation point.

Well, I think there is no clear cut, it depends on your experiment and the criteria for fixations and saccades in your analysis.
Successive fixations or saccades when the stimuli are pictures differ from when it is text.
Some research suggests that successive fixations can involve working memory. In such situations, it should be taken into account when you do the interpretation.
Generally, you can pool the successive fixations into one fixation if these fixations fall into the same area of interest (AOI) in a picture or scene stimuli.

Deepika, I suggest to examine the procedures use by the analysis software used to estimated fixation and saccades. Because there are different ways to estimated them, such as depending on the distance or the speed of the movements.
Without a clear understanding of how they were estimated, it is difficult to suggest ways to interpret them.
