hello. Im Farhan.. Im a student and doing research related to evolving geopolitics of Indian ocean region. i will be greatful if you can provide me a candid opinion about one of my research main questions. the details are as under:

India, china and Pakistan are the main navies in this region (Indian ocean region). lately India also acquired Duqm port of Oman to counter china's string of peals strategy. The Indian access to Duqm Port is considered a strategic move by India. The presence at Duqm port has allowed India to control the SLOCs emanating from Strait of Hormuz, critical for both Pakistan and China. The India’s approach to Duqm port also poses a potential threat to Pakistan’s Gwadar Port, which is a potential economic hub. My questions are:

a. How indian navy presence at port duqm effects china , pakistan and geopolitics of indian ocean region?

b. Strategic significance of Duqm Port in contemporary global rivalries in IOR

c. India’s aspirations behind the acquisition of Duqm Port for military means.

d. changing dynamics of IOR due to Indian access to Duqm Port and its implications for Pakistan and China

Again, i will be really greatful if you can provide me your opinion.
