Could we do a meta-analysis of 3 studies with total sample size of 27 patients and all studies have positive results?
I don't see why not, although you shouldn't be surprised if the confidence interval of the resulting summary measure remains substantially wide.
I think there are a lot of things need to be raised here; Power of those studies? Power of the meta? and the rationale of conducting meta analysis?
I think thorough systematic review of those studies may be enough.

I agree with other colleagues Aedrian Abrilla and Biruk Bogale Wolde to come up with rational of conducting meta analysis. Otherwise, systematic review to address your research question(s) would be sufficient.
